Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in either system design or in one of the programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- 5 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal or external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 8 years of experience with data analysis and SQL, non-relational database, and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.
- 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
- Excellent problem solving, data analysis, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration skills for working across geographically dispersed functions.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
- Define and develop custom software solutions to address the technical needs of our clients and partners. Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
- Present in front of small or mid-sized groups of internal stakeholders and customers. Provide guidance to and work closely with sales and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows.
- Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.
- Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced problem solving methods as needed.
