Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Ability to communicate in Germany fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role, customer support, business development or relationship development.
- Experience in data management or its integration into media buys.
- Knowledge of value proposition and core capabilities for Google Analytics 4, along with knowledge of Google advertising solutions, including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform.
- Knowledge of the local internet industry, cultural landscape, and current marketplace trends in Germany.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions, and vice versa.

As a part of the Data and Measurement team, you will be at the forefront of data innovation and privacy, helping secure the future of Google’s largest customers and agencies in a rapidly changing ecosystem through market technology. In this role, our Data and Measurement Account Managers are highly skilled technical sellers who design creative solutions to our customers' most complex challenges and business objectives.
In this role, you will help clients activate their data, drive insights, and maximise their marketing investment so that every single penny delivers. You will join a team of Googlers from 20+ different nationalities who lift each other up to solve hairy problems and have a healthy disregard for the impossible.
You will cultivate and own crucial relationships with clients, partners and agencies across analytics, data, and incrementality. Bringing people together to deliver a complex goal using complex tech isn’t easy, but the results are worth it, our teams are working with clients on activating data and measurement to drive growth and prove value. These advanced projects require a village of expertise, and a good dose of commercial acumen. You will be working closely with an internal team of sales managers, data experts, measurement specialists and media experts to deliver together for our clients and their customers.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients in *Germany* advising/supporting them on industry-leading data, measurement and incrementality solutions ensuring optimal media performance.
- Drive adoption and scaling of data, measurement and incrementality solutions, helping customers collect, segment, and integrate their data while leveraging the power of Google AI.
- Lead digital commercial conversations with internal stakeholders (LCS, GTech) and with customers and partners to demonstratethe value of Google media, guiding clients to improve their digital marketing outcomes through first-party data integration and advanced techniques like incrementality, while collaborating with a team of Google sales, technology and media experts to deliver successful business outcomes for clients.
