Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience with the app marketers and the app ecosystem.
- Experience in a people management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external executive-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
- Experience with or coaching digital campaign management, particularly in mobile Ads or competing products.
- Experience working with very large, complicated businesses and engaging with C-Levels productively.
- Ability to own business team operations, including portfolio management, team building, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measurement and execution.
- Ability to model and coach behaviors including executive-level engagement, effective questioning, and objection handling.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of account executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
