Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc).
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to engage with executives across the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Experience in executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning.
- Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of people and job functions.
- Observe and preserve complete confidentiality on all business matters.

- Complete travel coordination tasks on their own.
