Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, consultative sales, business development, account management, or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop and execute joint business plans in ambiguous environments.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, Search, Shopping, Apps, Measurement, video advertising (eg. AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key competitor landscape across digital brand media advertising.
- Ability to navigate and influence organisations by proactively building influential, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
