As an Industry Manager you will practice and embody The Google Way of Selling in both internal and customer settings. You will use your comprehensive knowledge of client's business, the advertising industry, and your vertical to identify and enable longer-term opportunities for one or more customers by driving joint business plan development, account-level strategy, and annual activation plans and developing new customer relationships and new revenue streams. You are a key contributor in delivering work including sales strategy development, pitching, customer relationship growth, and opportunity sizing. You will influence cross-team collaborations to support customer growth, align on opportunity/project timelines and goals, and ensure "OneGoogle" solutions are presented to customers. You will develop relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously focus on how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We help these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer business and marketing objectives to develop, execute and refine account plans with internal stakeholders, while owning joint business plans aligned to client objectives and revenue goals.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with executive-level leaders, while managing and analyzing customer interactions and data to improve service and sales growth.
  • Identify and quantify revenue and growth opportunities across the market and specific accounts, designing tailored sales strategies in collaboration with internal partners based on research and customer objectives.
  • Extract actionable, data-driven insights from deep dives and analysis to provide tactical recommendations and influence change.
  • Develop an internal network to strengthen communication and identify collaboration opportunities.
