Responsibilities

  • Manage core administrative responsibilities for your executives, optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Coordinate high-precision global travel arrangements and prepare/track expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Use excellent judgment and discretion to support your team's projects and establish trust with cross-functional partners.
  • Apply a strong understanding of the business to foster a positive impact on scheduling and prioritization for your executives. Streamline processes and establish structure autonomously.
  • Work on external partner meeting coordination and onsite support for executive meetings.
