As a Head of YouTube Ads and Video Solutions you will lead the business growth and market presence of YouTube and our broader branding video solutions. You will be responsible for devising and executing the go-to-market strategy, leading the sales video specialist team and accelerating business growth across YouTube, DV360, and strategic agreements. You will be a strong leader, adept at managing complex strategy and go-to-market initiatives, stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and passionate about the evolving landscape of digital video advertising.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. - Lead the business plan ,go-to-market strategy for YouTube and branding video solutions; lead the sales video specialist team, fostering significant business growth and goals achievement, for sales quota and product adoption, across YouTube, DV360 and Strategic agreements.
- Craft and deliver solutions that drive business growth differentiating our solutions and unique selling proposition; support vertical teams in achieving advertisers' business goals through tailored video solutions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous self development, coaching team members to unlock each member's full potential.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Large Customer Sales Country Manager, Vertical Industry Heads, Heads of Agencies, Head of Measurement, YouTube Partnership, Public Relations and Marketing teams.
- Cultivate relationships with key external partners, including advertisers, agencies , measurement partners, and publishers, to amplify go-to-market efforts and positioning.
