As the Ireland Onboarding Program Manager, you will work closely with the IE Market Consultants and IE Site Program Managers to deliver an extraordinary onboarding experience to new hires in Google Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional issues, and identify the need to develop or improve tools/processes while balancing the immediate needs of projects with long term goals of the site.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making skills to pivot, adapt, adjust, and iterate upon learnings for continuous program improvement. Recruit and coordinate new hires across all product areas, assigning rotating roles and responsibilities to ensure effective management and consistent coverage for onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the onboarding program forward, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and tools by identifying opportunities and implementing changes.
- Innovate in design, develop long-term scalable creative solutions, and strive to build an extraordinary onboarding experience with a significant impact for every new employee.
