About the job

Google's known for our innovative technologies, products and services -- and for the people behind them. Whether you are making our staffing systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you have an eye on the staffing needs of Google and the broader hiring landscape. You are focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, and work across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. You are both scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven -- and excited to share the magic of working at Google.

The Ireland HR team are the advocates of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people's decisions are based on data. We provide a structured, location-based approach to manage the operational complexities, onboarding experiences, compliance risks, and cultural nuances that are unique to the sites and countries where Google operates.

As the Ireland Onboarding Program Manager, you will work closely with the IE Market Consultants and IE Site Program Managers to deliver an extraordinary onboarding experience to new hires in Google Ireland.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the onboarding program forward, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and tools by identifying opportunities and implementing changes.
