Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of relevant experience in corporate ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, financial analysis, or non-financial audit.
- Experience organizing cross-functional workflows, managing datasets, and preparing audit-ready documentation.
- Experience applying ESG reporting frameworks or standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, GHG Protocol) in a professional or corporate setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience within the tech sector, hyperscale data center operations, or multinational supply chain environments.
- Excellent people skills, attention to detail, organized and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement.
- Excellent project management, verbal communication, analytical and written skills.

Responsibilities
- Support the interpretation, implementation and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks (such as CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, and local equivalents).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and People Operations to document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support internal controls over non-financial data.
- Assist in day-to-day coordination with third-party ESG consultants and auditors.
- Maintain structured audit trails, workpapers, and documentation standards to support statutory external verification and compliance reviews.
