Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in commercial growth roles, including experience leading sales or marketing functions
- Experience driving commercial strategy within the Retail industry across multiple international markets.
- Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and executing multi-market strategic plans in partnership with cross-functional executive leadership.
- Strong familiarity with deploying AI tools in a sales environment to optimise pipeline management and meeting effectiveness.
- Proven ability to drive operational changes, capability transfers, or organisational model transformations across multiple geographies.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape and Google's advertising solutions (Search, Video, Mobile) with the ability to coach teams on global products.
- Comfortable operating with high ambiguity, demonstrating the ability to synthesise data, adjust communication for political nuance, and influence executives across a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term international strategy for the EMEA Retail vertical, managing the Cross-EMEA allocation of resources and leading the annual business planning process.
- Drive trading rigour and sponsor transformational customers (e.g., massive US market entries or advanced Search+/YouTube+ expansions) to achieve substantial quarterly NAL International revenue and pipeline targets, engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders to unlock investment.
- Lead the transition to the new IGT operating model, partnering with Central and Cluster GTM to ensure a systematic, cross-EMEA "stack ranking" of priority retail clients.
- Hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to high standards and represent IGT in key EMEA retail, and product forums, partnering with teams in and outside of our Dublin Hub to drive progress towards shared outcomes.
- Supercharge frontline effectiveness by actively integrating AI-powered tools (e.g., ConnectAI, Sales Assistant) into your team's daily workflows to capture insights and drive efficiency.
