Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, an online media environment, or a marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Experience with Google solutions (e.g., search, video, display, apps) and working in the area of data analysis.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to seek additional business development opportunities.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and meet quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to work in multicultural cross-functional teams, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and research skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing advertising clients and develop an understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in the book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Consult with clients to achieve national and international marketing goals.
- Find opportunities to optimize campaigns performance aligned with clients objectives to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Work collaboratively with a team to support growth and maintain a pipeline of opportunities. Understand and adapt to Google's ongoing product and technology developments.
