- Familiarity with Digital Advertising.
- Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture”.
- Excellent Google Spreadsheets skills.
- Excellent problem solving and structuring skills, with the ability to bring actionable insights through effective communication.

As an Analytical Lead, you will partner directly at SPE Director and Management levels to drive operational rigour, accelerate sales velocity and deliver tangible results. Providing dedicated analytical support to the SPE team, you will translate data into insights. You will build robust reporting infrastructure, run trading operations and develop rigorous lead identification models that directly power our business growth.

Responsibilities
- Work with SPE Directors and their teams to identify and prioritise business needs, design solutions to fit these evolving needs and develop operational capabilities.
- Run trading processes, ensuring high operational rigour and taking actionable steps to increase sales velocity across the team.
- Develop reliable data pipelines and dashboards through Salesforce/PLX reporting design.
- Understand, analyze and interpret trends to generate insights for account management teams to help prioritize business activity.
- Build relationships with the EMEA Analyst and GTM communities to drive efficiency and scale best practices. Partner with GTM, Sales Finance, gTech and Sales Leaders to define business requirements for reporting.
