About the job

As Director, Emerging Markets Google Customer Solutions (GCS), you will lead a Sales team, partnering with businesses ranging from digital disruptors to mature brands, from small businesses to large companies early in their digital transformation. You will leverage AI enhanced solutions to help each customer to meet their marketing objectives. You will inspire the team to help customers to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. You will innovate to help customers achieve business growth through digitization and will enable the team to set and achieve business, product goals, and OKRs. You will own the strategy, forecasting, planning, and execution of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategy, critical initiatives, and KPIs, while ensuring that the resources are in place to exceed goals, and utilizing the full power of the Google Advertising Solutions.
  • Hire, retain, and inspire a diverse customer-focused Sales team that engages with clients. Deliver against business goals and drive incremental business growth.
  • Strengthen executive-level relationships through key executive meetings, quarterly reviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with partner teams (e.g., Marketing, New Business Sales, Finance, Central Strategy).
  • Be a key part of the leadership team for GCS and overall EMEA organization.
