Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Romanian fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to partner with, and influence, executive leaders (Vice Presidents and Directors) and cross-functional partners to deliver results.
- Ability to grow in a high tolerance for ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to solve open-ended problems and decide how to invest time and resources in the most efficient manner in order to meet goals and deadlines for program activities.
- Excellent program management skills, with demonstrated success in developing and scaling programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly to executive audiences.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of HR and Site Leaders by remaining informed about site-related issues and advising on site strategies, plans, operations and governance.
- Initiate and execute mission-first programs to address challenges and opportunities at the site, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Define and streamline processes to manage programs of an ambiguous nature, involving cross-functional stakeholders and organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives; develop end-to-end program plans and adjust as necessary to stay on track and achieve program goals.
- Measure program impact and establish metrics for programs that focus on harder-to-measure intangibles, using data to make informed decisions.
- Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams on site programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, culture, and people. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
