Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the goal and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will lead, coach and support your team to proactively maximize media business growth on DV360 to identify new opportunities and grow businesses whilst assisting in the acquisition, growth and maturity against specific growth and product adoption metrics. You and your team will leverage your investigative skills, technical aptitude and digital advertising experience to drive media activation and optimization efforts for advertisers and agencies. You will deliver a DV360 user experience by providing clients and agencies with valuable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Develop a program roadmap that determines the future of Google Marketing Platform within Google Customer Solutions, based on external and internal insights (e.g., changes in industry or stakeholder strategies), prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth for Google.
  • Drive business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of GCS customers in an assigned market, and manage executive relationships.
  • Execute DV360 program results with Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and Key Results (OKR) and own outcomes for the program, translating market or customer needs into business activations and product strategies to drive execution.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team, provide team and individual development, guidance, feedback and motivation to ensure client growth, agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health.
  • Collaborate with leaders of other teams to build leadership across Media Platforms to drive license business growth across GCS.
