This apprenticeship is intended for students who have work authorization in France. Individuals applying for this position will not be eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:
- Enrolled in a 1-year Master 2 degree in Human Resource or closely related area for the 2026/2027 academic year.
- Admitted in the curriculum of a french CFA (centre formation d'apprentis) and university or school.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship.
- Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or organizing events.

You will join the Human Resource teams at Google and will be assigned a manager for the duration of your 12-month apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the people consultants and people partners in the operations organization. Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects or events.
- Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.
- Provide insightful data, develop and deliver documentation related to local employee relations, collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.
- Partner with Googlers to organize events locally.
- Learn and master Google's internal systems and run various reports as needed.
