Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience.
- Experience in public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service markets.
- Experience building scalable partner ecosystems, including agile partners, mid-tier integrators, and global system integrators.
- Ability to communicate in English and Norwegian or Finish fluently to manage relationships with local and international stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building business partnerships with solutions providers, system integrators, or technology service providers, and knowledge of cloud partner ecosystems.
- Experience in generating new business and managing the full business cycle from pipeline origination to agreement closure.
- Experience presenting to executive-level audiences, including presenting at customer, partner, or industry events.
- Experience with consumption business models, cloud economics, and partner agreement constructs.
- Understanding of the cloud market, partner ecosystem in the Nordics, and Google Cloud technologies.
- Ability to travel across Nordics as needed to engage with partners and sales organisations.

In this role, you will focus on driving Google Cloud business through strategic Global System Integrators (GSIs). You'll be responsible for the sales lifecycle, from generating new business and pipeline (especially in AI and greenfield opportunities), to accelerating business through cross-promotion and workload adoption, and managing partner relationships for long-term growth and capability building, involving developing joint business plans, conducting strategic business reviews, and ensuring partner success through training and enablement.

Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities with our strategic partners. Expand partner business and workload adoption, identify and develop business expansion opportunities for subsequent quarters.
- Develop and implement effective cross-promotion and promotion strategies with a dedicated focus on AI and other strategic products for key accounts, fostering the development of new workloads.
- Drive Partner Management Excellence, execute joint business plans (JBPs) and negotiate and close comprehensive JBPs with our partners, securing executive-level commitment from both sides.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) with executive sponsorship from both Google and our partners, thoroughly reviewing JBP goals, achievements, and developing gap-closing plans for areas that are behind expectations.
- Develop and execute a partner-level AI conversion plan, presenting on strategic products like AI to both partner executives and their broader account and sales teams.
