Minimum qualifications:
- 4 years of sales experience in the Finnish smartphone business with experience and network in carrier channels sales.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams managing Profit and Loss (P&L) and balancing the planning with operational execution in a sales environment.
- Experience in developing and managing agreements and partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in Finnish and English fluently to manage client and partner relationships in the market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing partnerships in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems effectively across a matrixed organization.
- Ability to plan and manage at both a strategic and operational level to successfully launch new products.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with partner and Google executives up to the C-suite.

Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving potential roadblocks, while your problem-solving skills will allow you to glean insights from key metrics and uncover emerging trends.
As the linchpin for these critical partnerships, you will collaborate across the organization to drive initiatives that demonstrably improve Google hardware sales. This requires relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and renewals. Your ability to clearly articulate and synthesize complex situations, coupled with your meticulous attention to detail, will be invaluable. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, and communicate final recommendations.
- Forecast and report key metrics, track progress toward goals, and evaluate the business growth of promotional opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to drive Google Devices and Services to the next level alongside our partners.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the carrier and OEM landscape in Finland. Build relationships to realize and optimize value from carrier partnerships.
- Work with legal teams to discuss and execute complex agreements.
