About the job

As a Global Marketing Effectiveness & Analytical Lead, you will help customers to achieve results through advancing their global marketing effectiveness maturity through outstanding and relevant business analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive their global measurement agenda with Google. You will work with global companies consulting on measurement solutions, business opportunities, and are growth mindset-driven. As an Analytical Lead focused on Google’s advertising clients in GCAS, you will use data and analytics to transform the businesses of some of the largest and most influential companies in the world.

In this role, you will have to find compelling insights within data to craft stories to advance client business outcomes, resolve issues and lead the work across multiple stakeholders , markets and regions using your exceptional business and communication skills to translate insights into action.

You will be a creative problem solver and rely on understanding of client objectives, personal comfort with data, and entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of solving issues faced by customers today, such as measurement attribution across offline and online platforms, consumer insights, and identifying quantifiable strategies to drive sales using digital media.Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing effectiveness partnership and global learning agenda with a portfolio of Google’s global accounts.
  • Advise on measurement best practices to improve Google media effectiveness, including attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality studies, lifetime value, quality measurement agendas, measurement experiments frameworks and playbooks.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal and external executive stakeholders, advise and challenge the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients.
  • Analyze internal and external data identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing issues, and measure success.
