Regulatory Affairs helps the company innovate responsibly and comply with laws around the world. We partner with teams across Global Affairs, Product Areas, and the rest of the company to ensure constructive engagement with governments and regulators while mitigating risk.

As a Regulatory and Litigation Counsel, you will join an EMEA-based team that leads the strategy for defending the company in responses to governments and regulators. Your role involves defining a defense strategy, conducting investigations, collection and review of information, and representing the company in engagements.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €184000 - €189000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
Ireland: €200000 - €205000 (EUR) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters.
  • Oversee the collection and production of information in external submissions and disclosures.
  • Provide legal advice on government and regulatory audits and exams.
