Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar role within a technology environment.
- Experience leading regional projects and managing executive stakeholders cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to act as a "trusted advisor" to executive leaders, with the gravitas to influence regional strategy and drive organizational change.
- Ability to have a forward-thinking mindset with a passion for AI along with experience in identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiencies or product strategies.
- Ability to translate datasets and "big picture" ambiguity into structured, actionable business recommendations and simple narratives.
- Ability to grow in a high-velocity environment, navigating ambiguity with own judgment, a collaborative spirit, and sense of humor.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are problem-solvers with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring alignment across teams, product areas, and global objectives, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of your partnering teams in line with GTM and AI-first priorities.
- Deconstruct high-potential growth levers to develop rigorous, revenue-focused plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks using data-driven insights.
- Build comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with business partners, set ambitious, data-backed targets and outline strategies for achieving them and continuously identify and address performance gaps, taking corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate to foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and among business partners.
- Lead business-critical transformation projects, driving them from initial hypothesis to full-scale regional implementation.
