Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience in internet technologies such as XML, CSS, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, video streaming, and web servers.
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, or business generation products.
- Experience with agencies, network bidding, DSPs, and relevant fields.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with colleagues in a variety of roles.
- Ability to manage crisis issues and communications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate intricate problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product bug escalation, triage, and prioritization.
- Manage communications for mission-critical product issues impacting regional services and sales teams.
- Provide technical support and build long-term relationships with internal platform display and business generation teams.
- Troubleshoot, escalate, and drive product issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering and technical groups to enhance products and proactively prevent customer issues.
