We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Digital Activation Lead to join our team. In this hybrid, entry-level role, you will learn to connect business analysis, client relationship management, and direct media campaign support .

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their unique business goals while developing your own expert-level product knowledge in Google's Display & Video 360 (DV360) and the broader Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in driving campaign success, platform optimization, and overall client satisfaction.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leads to identify strategic opportunities and drive the adoption of the Google Display & Video (DV360) platform across Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients and agencies.
  • Assist in fostering trusted partnerships with clients and partners. Learn to decode their media objectives and align them with actionable business goals.
  • Dive into client data and broader market trends to uncover new business growth opportunities. Support senior team members in defining and executing impactful commercial strategies.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal Sales teams, Product, gTech, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure smooth campaign enablement and execution.
  • Contribute to vital cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and clear, proactive communication across all stakeholders.
