Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
- Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
- Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into robust KPI frameworks that accurately track revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution.
- Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions deliver high-quality, relevant insights that accelerate Cloud consumption and revenue growth.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting that provide both leadership and field teams with a clear, accurate picture of business performance.
- Design and build robust data infrastructure—including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts—to power scalable analytical models and intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
- Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.
