At Google, we put our users first. The Devices and Services team is dedicated to delivering Google's hardware and software experiences directly to consumers. As a Retail Marketing Partner Manager for Pixel, you will act as a dedicated marketing account manager for our key retail and telecommunications partners in France.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the co-marketing relationships and Joint Marketing Business Plans with these key accounts. You will lead the alignment, promotional planning, and high-level campaign integration to showcase the Google Pixel portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales teams at both French and EMEA levels, ensuring that Google’s marketing investments drive maximum business impact and sell-out performance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

France: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact and account marketing lead for key retail and carrier partners, defining and aligning joint business and co-marketing plans to maximize brand share and sales.
  • Develop, pitch, and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and promotional roadmaps to support new product launches and sustained sales momentum.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders both externally (retail partners, telco accounts) and internally (local sales teams, EMEA marketing, product marketing, and sales operations).
  • Own, manage, and optimize the co-marketing budgets for your assigned accounts, ensuring high return on investment and efficient allocation of marketing resources.
  • Oversee and guide creative, media, and production agencies to develop high-quality, impactful partner-specific marketing assets, digital retail experiences, and scalable training programs.
