People Experience (PX) is the team at Google that delivers extraordinary, hire-to-retire experiences for Googlers in the moments that matter most. We deliver global HR processes (with regional nuances where needed) that are personalized and delightful for candidates and Googlers. PX teams span Recruiting, Analytics and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence, and Googler- and Market-level HR support.

We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people priorities and solutions in service of the business, product and market.  
  • Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve People processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking People interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler Experience.
  • Act as HR advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to Googlers, Managers, Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving People matters. 
  • Provide timely and sound HR guidance, manage client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex people problems, build relationships, and increase Googler, Manager, and Leader capability.
  • Own and deliver various portfolios of People services to Googlers, Managers and Leaders from change management, reorganization support/organization design, to addressing performance concerns and improving team/leadership effectiveness.
