Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on a range of topics such as performance management, reorganizations, talent management, change, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders both national and international.
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support Googlers in Poland.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience working with an AI system or AI supported tools.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence, and coaching and mentoring others.
- Understanding of HR processes, and ability to translate processes and HR expertise into strategic business solutions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
- Excellent communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people priorities and solutions in service of the business, product and market.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve People processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking People interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler Experience.
- Act as HR advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to Googlers, Managers, Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving People matters.
- Provide timely and sound HR guidance, manage client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex people problems, build relationships, and increase Googler, Manager, and Leader capability.
- Own and deliver various portfolios of People services to Googlers, Managers and Leaders from change management, reorganization support/organization design, to addressing performance concerns and improving team/leadership effectiveness.
