Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in C++ and C.
- 3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
- 2 years of experience working with the Linux kernel and Android systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- BSP team lead or project lead.
- 7 years of Android system software development or management experience.
- 3 years of experience with Android BSP, with a focus on low-level hardware interactions and device driver integration, or upstream Linux Kernel.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain the whole system software stack for Pixel devices.
- Build Google SoC and the in-market devices system software kernel sustaining.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software quality.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
