- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with enterprise network topology and common security controls.
- Experience working in one of the following areas: Security Operations Center, Security Consulting, Incident Response, Risk Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability and Patch Management, Security Controls Audit, Incident Management, or Cyber Security Management.
- Ability to communicate in English and French or German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with national government departments, military or intelligence services.
- Experience communicating technical details in a clear and concise manner to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
- Knowledge of NIS2, DORA and NIST frameworks and of the business environment in Europe in general specifically, in the EU.
- Understanding of OT security issues and IT, and of cyber threat landscape, including prominent nation state/criminal threat actors and cyber attacks.
- Ability to obtain security clearance from a national authority in the EU region.

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients assess, design and build effective cybersecurity programs. You will span the operational, technical, and strategic levels and undertake tasks that address difficult cybersecurity problems that our clients face. You should be comfortable demonstrating your experience in one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity strategy, security operations, detection engineering, security architecture, and cyber incident response. From board level briefings to assessing ransomware resilience, the work of the team is extremely varied.

Responsibilities
- Be a trusted partner to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Scope client requests, engage with potential customers and drive further Mandiant consulting opportunities in support of Google Cloud Security.
- Assess security operations and incident response capabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop documentation such as incident response plans and playbooks.
- Participate in client workshops, write and develop reports.
