We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a central team with regional presence, we provide business critical insights to shape the engagement strategy with the EMEA Customer Onboarding team and ensure alignment of goals and execution as we grow the business. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations, problem-solving and strategic, yet highly pragmatic and results-oriented.

Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee business, sales and operational performance of the Google regional portfolio for business acquisitions, collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within the sales-assisted workflow.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive business plans to substantiate innovative market strategies for Google global business organisation and the specialist portfolio.
  • Provide on-demand enablement support for new Google and Specialist product launches.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the sustainable growth ad-sales segment, representing customer and seller needs in internal strategy and planning sessions, as well as discussions with partners.
