Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in software development.
- Experience in programming with Python.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning or Data Science.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building end-to-end software architectures that use agentic or Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) motivated capabilities.
- Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, or related technologies.
- Experience as a customer-facing or forward-deployed engineer or a related role (e.g., sales or solution engineering).
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles and best practices.

We work on a range of unique problems focused on research topics that maximize scientific and real-world impact, aiming to push the state-of-the-art in AI and share findings with the broader research community. We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
