- 5 years of experience managing an HR team.

- Ability to communicate in Polish fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders

As the Head of human resource (HR), you will set the country-specific HR strategy and drive our people agenda to empower local business priorities. You will develop and execute a comprehensive people plan, partnering with global teams and local leaders to implement tailored initiatives and foster a vibrant “One Google” culture. Your leadership will be crucial in managing union partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing Google in external associations. You will lead and develop a high-performing, unified in-country HR team while playing a pivotal role in shaping the broader goals for People Operations at Google.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). - Work with partners across multiple organizations within highest complexity portfolios to share insights to leadership teams.
- Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
- Lead our partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
- Lead our unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience. Grow and develop a high performing team.
- Cultivate a vibrant Google culture and a highly motivated community across the market.
