Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- Experience in recruiting, market research, people analytics or consulting.
- Experience with qualitative or quantitative research.
- Experience in project management, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing ambiguous, complex projects with successful, impact-driven outcomes in a global, matrixed environment.
- Experience querying datasets in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experiencing drawing insights from data and using them to influence executive stakeholders.
- Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As part of the global talent consulting team, you will manage and scale cross-functional programs, drive projects that support People Operations (POps) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) around recruitment and talent strategy, and act as an ambassador for the for the team’s brand and goal across key groups of stakeholders. You will perform quantitative and qualitative research against business problems, and translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders across People Operations (POps) and beyond.
You will guide Google's talent strategy by developing actionable recommendations based on qualitative research and quantitative analyses about the external labor market.
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert on talent research who brings a systems approach to every challenge, evaluating root causes and implications across Google’s global business. You will be able to translate data into actionable insights, and have a knack for synthesizing information from multiple sources into concise, understandable material. - Develop consultative business partnerships with Google Recruiting Leadership, HR, partners, and stakeholders across the business to advise on challenges and opportunities in the external market for talent.
- Design and implement results-driven global market research, competitive intelligence, and labor market analysis.
- Manage, improve, and design tools to scale the delivery of talent insights across People Operations (POps) and Google.
- Drive regular, ongoing communication and co-ordination across functions and geographies on all research activities.
- Align individual team goals with overall business objectives, and collaborate with Googlers across teams and regions.
