Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in the apps and gaming industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support clients in the specific market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
- Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, effective communication and influencing skills.
- Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
- Experience working with Google Ads and other major mobile advertising channels.
- Strong data analytics and technical skills, working knowledge of MMPs, first party measurement SDKs (e.g., Firebase, FB SDK), SKAN etc.

Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of app business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new app clients.
- Acquire high value app business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, pitching and closing.
- Consult with clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s apps marketing solutions.
- Design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for our customer.
- Deliver consistently against goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.
