About the job
In this role, you will serves as a Contract and Category Management specialist within the Contracts and Commercials team, collaborating closely with designated business units or categories to guide strategic sourcing and engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, working with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify optimal vendor solutions, lead complex Request for Proposals (RFPs), leverage deep category expertise to collaborate with global procurement on establishing category strategies, and contribute significantly to the implementation and evolution of the overall contract and category management strategy.

Responsibilities
- Define, own, and drive the planning, execution and governance for large-scale, complex, ambiguous programs critical to gUP.
- Lead the execution and delivery of a portfolio of complex, interconnected programs, from conceptualization through landing, ensuring outcomes.
- Influence and align product leadership and key stakeholders across gUP and partner organizations on program goal, priorities, resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to establish systems to identify improvements and drive future improved business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics.
- Lead a team, guide goal and strategy, while balancing workloads, and ensuring ongoing development.
