Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in people management or sales coaching role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- 6 years of experience working in the Advertising/Marketing industry or within Google Ads.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in a leadership role.

As an Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) Leader, you will enable their teams to always reach for business goals. Your knowledge of the EMEA business landscape and online media, combined with the sales abilities, will shape how new and existing clients will grow. You will lead high-performing sales teams based in Dublin servicing customers across the Benelux Region. You will set the right expectations with teams and coaches for selling while being an advocate for the customers to help shape the engagement and program design.

Responsibilities
- Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers.
- Build a team structure, recognize talents, and support their sales and career development through enhancing capabilities within the team.
- Engage with the highest potential customers and provide the best solution for the customer’s business growth.
- Deliver against business growth goals. Plan and execute business strategy for short and mid-term. Assess the needs of the market, our customers and gather user feedback to improve upon existing solutions. Design and iterate workflows and operational plans for large-scale ideas.
- Understand global and regional priorities in order to craft priorities for the team on a quarterly, and weekly basis. Deliver on goals for the markets and drive business performance to meet growth expectations.
