Ukraine is currently seeing a strong growth momentum. The customers are representing different industries and business models including apps-first clients, top domestic retailers and some heavy export focused companies. The team partners closely with customers such as Preply, Autodoc, Genesis, etc. to name a few and are experts in their field, developing dynamic and profitable solutions for customers that leverage AI technology and data insights.

In this role, you will lead two pods within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) Ukraine team in the Central and Eastern Europe sector.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Account Managers, collaborating closely with industry leaders and their Account Manager and Industry Management teams.
  • Align with connected sales and support teams to provide advice and support to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Establish key relationships cross-functionally partnered with sales management and other business areas to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant solutions to our Ukrainian customers in order to grow business for them and also for Google.
  • Co-own and continuously develop the execution strategy in close cooperation with executive in-country counterparts.
