The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership - foster collaboration, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose. Ensure alignment across teams, product areas, and global objectives, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of your partners in line with GTM and AI-first priorities.
- Identify and deconstruct high-potential growth levers. Develop rigorous, revenue-focused strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks using data-driven insights.
- Develop comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with your partners, set ambitious, data-backed targets and outline strategies for achieving them. Identify and address performance gaps, taking corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Structure and lead business-critical transformation projects, driving them from initial hypothesis to full-scale regional implementation.
- Collaborate to foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and among our business partners.
