About the job

As a Data Center Site Business Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance agreements of Data Center related systems. As a key stakeholder, you will lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects, collaborating with other stakeholders like the Environment, Health, and Safety department. You will actively support local data centre technicians by ensuring they are sufficiently informed regarding relevant processes You will serve as a local escalation point for Finance-related matters. Your role extends to supporting site management and other Business Program Managers (BPMs) in maintaining key metrics, providing data, and conducting analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.

This position calls for a proactive individual with expertise in budget creation, procurement and management, with excellent financial analysis skills, and the ability to oversee the execution of projects. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is also a must.

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual budget development aligned with objectives, providing estimates for operational and capital budgets while regularly reviewing and communicating variance analysis and clear insights.
  • Evaluate proposals using structured decision-making and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
  • Gather and analyze cost data, support management in maintaining key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for planning.
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new suppliers by providing local language assistance, guidance on legal compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for audits.
  • Execute assignments across varying supervision levels with self-initiative and adaptability, co-ordinating tenders and agreements for essential services including mechanical and electrical maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
