About the job

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the primary technical advisor for our most strategic enterprise customers in the Middle East. You will be a trusted partner, helping them accelerate their cloud adoption, optimize their operations, and achieve their business objectives using the full breadth of Google Cloud.

You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills to understand a customer's business, provide expert guidance, and act as their advocate within Google. You will build strong relationships and understand their challenges, drive customer satisfaction and help them realize the maximum value from their cloud investment. Your role requires a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and a passion for customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey, providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, migration goal and business transformation strategies.
  • Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development, leading across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders (particularly C-Suite and IT team) to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps, leading quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure customer success during critical moments and support to guide issues and escalations to resolution.
  • Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to help support initiatives to scale through partners.
