Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with program or portfolio management, communication management, and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data center networking/infrastructure, planning, execution in new product introduction, process improvement.
- Experience with change management, and managing projects and initiatives.
- Experience with co-location and data center operations.
- Experience within organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics concepts.
- Excellent investigative, quantitative and presentation skills.

- Lead the design of current-state and future-state process maps (value stream maps, swimlanes) to identify bottlenecks in the technical delivery workflow.
- Define and maintain the operating procedures, playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to ensure consistent, defect-free execution across the network delivery chain.
- Define, track, and iterate on performance metrics, including lead time, throughput, SLA adherence, and rework rates.
- Facilitate workshops to collect pain points from cross-functional teams and lead the communication strategy to drive the adoption of new process changes.
- Manage relationships with cross functional stakeholders to move work forward, creating forward-looking solutions and aligning on outcomes that address local priorities and challenges.
