Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, project management in technology, sales roles, sales strategy and operations or management consulting.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in systems thinking, pattern recognition, and designing improvements for complex internal tools.
- Experience in change and relationship management.
- Experience as a subject matter expert in Connect Sales or Customer Relationship Management (CRM), AI and Sales Productivity Platforms.
- Ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams with excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Regional Product Leads setting a goal for the team and creating an environment for them to grow.
- Own the execution of large-scale projects, including resource allocation and holding others accountable for delivering business impact.
- Translate long-term strategy into tactical initiatives and manageable workstreams for the tools team. Address undefined problems and develop precedent-setting solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
- Build and leverage a strong network across Go-to-Market (GTM), Large Customer Sales (LCS) and Product to understand business needs, remove roadblocks and facilitate knowledge sharing. Communicate and present the progress and impact of solutions to leadership and GTM.
- Foster a culture of respect, role-modeling a "One Google" collaborative approach where perspectives drive decision-making.
