- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a technology or consulting firm, or equivalent experience in product management, finance, corporate strategy or sales operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales or marketing, with the ability for making pragmatic decisions when implementing initiatives with the sales team.
- Ability to identify business issues and opportunities by taking customer needs in consideration, thinking creatively about solutions and creating well-structured plans for them by weighing risks.
- Ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives and engage with stakeholders, navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to be a collaborator within the team to influence and build relations across various Google functions.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to break down priorities into clear, actionable steps, to allow for timely execution.

As a part The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team, you will help ensure Google's ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly, contributing to setting go-to-market strategy, driving flawless execution and operations against the strategy, and working alongside teams embedded across major Ads business areas and global functions.
As a part of the Business Strategy and Operations organization, you will provide business-critical insights through analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, support partnerships and new initiative. You will stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
You will play a crucial role in helping the Northern Europe business, acting as a key thought partner to regional leaders, Directors and Country Managers, helping them shape, develop and drive the implementation of their Sales Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate professional relationships with executive leadership, providing an unbiased perspective on business issues and opportunities while serving as both a advocate and challenger to the business partners.
- Oversee the delivery of sales Planning for the region, from annual Objectives and Key Results (OKR)-setting, to quarterly activation and communication.
- Lead sales enablement initiatives for the region, including operational excellence programs, capability and coaching investments, and manager communities.
- Establish and drive management teams by providing structured governance and support to high-impact communications to the teams they manage, including regional Town Halls.
- Manage or support initiatives across markets, functions and product areas including influencing and aligning stakeholders across EMEA sales enablement communities.
