Large Customer Sales (LCS) in Poland works with the biggest and most complex Advertisers in Poland to help them with Google AI and expert Googlers.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Customers, primarily from Travel and Finance and Technology industries, develop a clear, long-term strategy for them, lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success; build and own C-level relationships with these Customers.
  • Manage a team of Industry Managers and an Investigative Consultant, set and communicate team and individual priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values, coach them on engaged selling.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of AI-powered Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their business and marketing objectives faster than competition.
  • Role model Google AI Thought Leadership with Google products knowledge and Google AI product adoption.
