We're hiring International Growth Consultants for roles focused on European markets (Southern, Northern, and Central Europe) as well as Hebrew-speaking markets. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French, Italian or Hebrew is preferred.

In this role, you will help Customers realize their full global potential, positioning Google as their partner for international growth. You will unlock new growth opportunities across products via insights, and help Customers capture them by simplifying their international expansion journey.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Consult Google’s largest customers on how to grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across markets/verticals.
  • Conceive innovative ideas, approaches, and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
  • Provide support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
  • Be a team player, contributing to the positive culture of the International Growth team and positively influencing your own development, and also the development of those around you.
