- Experience in content moderation and managing Sensitive Content.
- Experience in quality management and process improvement.
- Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers.
- Ability to solve problems tenaciously with project management skills, defining projects, executing within timelines, navigating ambiguity, and managing with multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements, driving towards pragmatic decisions/actions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization and regions.
About the job
As a part of the Trust and Safety Service Delivery team, you will focus on managing a large and growing contingent workforce across multiple sites worldwide. You will be responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations across the Temp, Vendor and Contractor population. In this role, you will partner with teams across Legal, Security, Extended Workforce Solutions (XWS), REWS, T&S Engineering and external Vendor partners to bring innovation and technology.
In this role, you will work on Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) which is a form of imagery-based sexual abuse. You will be a part of the team partnering with User Protections to launch end-to-end detection, review, enforcement, and appeals of NCII content across Google's products. In this role, our NCII team works tirelessly to protect Google products from being used to distribute non-consensual intimate imagery. You will be committed to driving compliance with global regulations on NCII.At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. - Manage day-to-day operations for large vendor teams, ensuring consistent delivery on all SLAs for Sensitive Content.
- Lead and execute time-sensitive cross-functional projects from concept to launch, while monitoring progress, managing risks, and communicating performance to executives.
- Drive quantifiable quality improvement initiatives and identify gaps in processes, tools, and data while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement data-driven solutions and automation to enhance work efficiency and product safety.
- Maintain alignment with Trust and Safety and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, and own the vendor governance plan including reviews, contract, billing, POs, and escalations.
- Manage cost budget, purchase orders, invoices, contracts and other vendor related activities on a day-to-day basis such as tools access, on-boarding, training, etc.
