Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and sales team.
  • Deliver against motivated business and product goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
  • Model and coach business behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection managing, and selling.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of business innovation and advertiser success on the team.
