Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in project or program management within an organization.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in adopting AI solutions to optimize individual and team workflows.
- Experience working within agile sprint models or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow through.
- Proficiency in SQL or data visualization (e.g., business intelligence platform) to generate interpretable insights from program data.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to develop clear documentation defining solution scope, milestones, and task-level deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Manage user feedback, outreach, and documentation (SOPs) to ensure program health.
- Streamline the team’s business, including sprint planning and event calendars.
- Lead bi-weekly Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and providing strategic communication support to leadership.
- Implement workflows that increase efficiency, reduce rework, and enable data-driven investment decisions.
- Contribute to the growth and culture of the gUP organization.
