Minimum qualifications:

- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, ecommerce, retail, or media.
- 7 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the Retail and E-commerce industry, specifically navigating the complexities of omnichannel sales and digital storefronts.
- Deep and technical understanding of Marketing Measurement and Retail-specific KPIs (e.g., ROAS, POAS, Omnichannel attribution) to help customers drive optimal ROI.
- Deep understanding of brand marketing, with a proven track record of growing customers’ businesses through full funnel media solutions.
- Proven track record of revenue attainment, consistently meeting or exceeding commercial quotas in a large-scale sales environment.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch fluently to engage with clients in the region.

In this role, you will lead the strategy for the BeNeLux Retail portfolio, working with businesses that shape the regional economy and set the pace for omnichannel innovation.
We are looking for an experienced leader to guide our BeNeLux Retail team. In this position, you will lead and coach a high-performing team of Individual Contributors (ICs) and managers. You will shape the strategy and define team priorities in close collaboration with your in-country leadership team, owning the activation strategy and directing resources to the highest impact paths to realize revenue ambition in the Retail sector.

Responsibilities
- Define sales activation strategies for the Retail sector, leveraging deep internal networks to align global and local priorities.
- Drive thought leadership on commercial challenges at scale, specifically focusing on the evolution of Retail (omnichannel, digital transformation, and AI-driven commerce).
- Build high-impact relationships at senior global level across the BeNeLux Retail landscape. Advise clients on consumer trends, retail media, and best practices that drive business outcomes.
- Oversee revenue and growth opportunities within the market. Guide teams to identify potential and drive marketing efficiency, focusing on incremental investment and strategic activation plans required to achieve retail business objectives.
- Advocate for a high-performing team culture that prioritizes belonging, inclusion, and fun. Invest heavily in the development of your team through regular coaching, feedback, and career management, recognizing that people are the core of our commercial success.
