About the job

In this role, you will empower Sellside Monetization leadership in EMEA to make comprehensive, data-driven decisions across tactical initiatives. You will analyze past performance to draw actionable conclusions, identify what matters most, and determine the optimal course of action. Your work will involve developing and maintaining sophisticated reporting systems that generate, aggregate, and derive critical data serving as the foundation for decision support. You will minimize business leadership efforts through clear insights and execution guidance and enable the team to better serve over a million publishers and application developers who leverage Google's monetization products including AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager to grow their businesses through advertising, analytics, and optimized site or application design.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analysis roadmap and storytelling for the region, translating results into business recommendations that influence executive leaders and drive action.
  • Lead scalable solutions to unprecedented problems, exercising business judgment to develop business cases and analyze industry trends in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Analyze data to identify new business opportunities and business drivers, ensuring strategy is proactive rather than reactive to market shifts.
  • Influence stakeholders with engaging objectives to align on outcomes that are in the best interest of Google and partners.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts by mentoring their business analysis capabilities, accelerating career growth, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching, and holding them accountable for delivering high-quality work aligned with organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
